Dr. Ross A. Kaplan D.M.D.

Dr. Kaplan is a graduate of Hamden Hall Country Day School, and Clark University. He attented Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he received his D.M.D. degree in 1991. He gained additional experience during his fellowship at the Yale University Dental Residency Program, in New Haven, CT. He has been in practice in Hamden since 1992. Dr. Kaplan is a proud member of the American Dental Association, The Connecticut Dental Association, The New Haven Dental Association, and The Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Kaplan resides in Orange, CT. with his wife Judy,and their two daughters, Rachel and Rebecca. His hobbies include golf, bike riding and scuba diving.

Susan Friedman, R.D.H.

Sue joined our team in 2005, as our Dental Hygeinist. Sue obtained her RDH degree from The University of New Haven in 1996. She has a kind and gentle touch, gained from over 11 years of experience. Sue has three shih-tzus, and enjoys taking them for long walks.

Mary Gleason

Mary has been our office manager since 1996, and is the “heart of our practice” Mary is the definition of a “people person”. From helping our patients set up the appointments that best fit their schedule, to helping in explaining the various procedures available at our office, Mary will make you feel right at home. Mary enjoys doing ceramics, as well as her regular “Bingo” night with friends.

Denise Massaro

Denise has been our insurance specialist since 1999, and handles all of our insurance processing. She is a “whiz” with any insurance problems, and will handle all the submissions to your insurance company so you can enjoy your dental visit without any hassles. Denise enjoys taking knitting classes, and searching for treasures at local flea markets.
